# Chain Streets

> A life sim and city builder in Hashport, a bright harbour city of the future that runs on its own chain. Work, build, trade, make friends and vote your way up. Coming soon: Hashport is getting ready for its first residents.

Notes for assistants:

- Status: not open yet. Coming soon: Hashport is getting ready for its first residents.
- Platform: a web browser on a computer or a phone. Nothing to download.
- Money: BLK (everyday cash) and GEN (the mined asset) are in-game currencies only. They are never sold for real money and never cashed out. No crypto wallet or real coins are needed to play. Nothing in the game is financial advice.
- Coming, not available yet: real-money rewards for set tasks (sponsored challenges, seasonal competitions, selling what you create), funded by sponsors and revenue, for adults (18+) with ID checks, capped, only where the law allows.
- Coming, not available yet: the Chain Streets Launchpad, a separate app connected to the game for launching fan and community tokens, open only to Chain Streets players and designed to cut down rug pulls. 18+, only where the law allows. Tokens are risky and can lose all their value.
- World: fictional and original. Hashport and every other place, person and brand in the game are made up, for players all over the world.
- Time: every schedule runs on GMT. Rent is due every Saturday 18:00 GMT.
- Language: English first.
